Riverview Retreat has something for everyone.  You will enter the townhome on the lowest level.  The garage has been transformed into a second living area.  A perfect place for the teenagers to watch TV or use the free weights.  Head upstairs to an open concept living area with a full kitchen, laundry room with pantry, dining area, and half bath. The next level up has a beautiful master ensuite with king bed and a cozy queen bedroom with attached bath. Head up to the amazing top floor where full over full bunkbeds and a rooftop patio awaits.  The rooftop patio contains a TV with seating area, dining area, flat top grill and propane heaters for relaxing with a glass of wine for enjoying a beer while watching sports. 

Sleeping arrangements:  On second level King and Queen bedrooms. Third floor has full over full bunk beds and room for a double air mattress.  Sleeps 10 guests.

Guests will have full access to the property except a locked owners closet in the master bedroom.

The Vacation Company is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns.

No pets allowed. Any unauthorized pets will be subject to a $500 fine.  Guests will be immediately asked to leave with no refund.

No smoking of any kind.

Check in time is 4pm

Checkout time is 10am

Early check in and late check out is available on request for a $50 fee.

The space

At Basia's Tropical Retreat, discover all you need for a comfy and delightful stay. The house accommodates 6 adults. Featuring high-speed internet, fresh linens, soft towels, beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, three internet TVs, washer-dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and more. From Nov 15th to May 30th, the pool is set to a cozy 80F, adjustable to 85F for $25 per day. We offer a starter pack of essentials, and guests are responsible for additional supplies. Please supervise children, and note that pool use is at your own risk.


Guest access

By agreeing to our house rules, which include a strict NO PARTIES policy and maintaining quiet after 9:00 pm, you will be granted remote access. Supervise children around the pool, as usage is at your own risk.


You are allowed a maximum of 2 cars for parking, with strictly NO on-street parking permitted.


Other things to note

Feel free to enjoy the home, but let's keep it neighborly—no parties or unregistered guests. Keep it hushed between 9:00pm - 7:00am. If kids are in tow, safety first! Pool and yard maintenance happen regularly, (pool on Tuesdays & yard on Mondays) garbage day is Tuesday—blue and green out the night before and Friday - green out the night before. We spruce up before and after your stay, but extra cleaning is $100. Swim with care!
