Highland Co-Living by Thatch is a purpose built co-living building. With a total of 6 Bedrooms, each with their own private attached bath, and a shared kitchen and common area, it is perfect for those who are looking for flexible housing.

Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom. In total there are five bedrooms (each with a private lock), along with a shared kitchen, living room, and outdoor space. 

In addition in sharing common space, tenants share a Washer and Dryer. All utilties, including High-Speed WiFi, are included in your monthly rate. 

Thatch provides bi-weekly common area cleaning. Each bedroom is secured by a Latch Lock and each bed is supplied with a Tuft & Needle Mattress.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances, including refrigerator, range with oven, microwave, pots/pans and cooking utensils. In the living room, there is a flat screen Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area that has room for three, and a dining table open for at least six.

Thatch partners with RemoteLock, providing security pins to each guests with access to their building and room door. 

It is a keyless experience backed up by Thatch's management company who is based in Boston, and can support with a host of property management questions.

Although Thatch is not "on-site," our team is located in Boston, and manage a number of properties, including hotels. We do this for a living, and are here to help, and answer any questions!

The Fort Hill neighborhood is designated as a historic neighborhood of Boston.  Highland Ave is a residential street with little traffic, and in close proximity to public transportation (both Subway & Bus).

The Orange Line - "The T/Subway" in Boston - is about a 5 minute walk and bus stop is located outside of the front door on Centre Street. 

We highly recommend NOT bringing a car.

This is a beautiful unit set in an old historic church that is over 150 years old. This unit has a separate entrance at the back of the church with designated parking. It is 3 levels with an antique spiral staircase leading down to the large open living area downstairs. The downstairs living area also serves as the second bedroom with a daybed, pull out couch bed, dedicated closet, and it's own exterior access. There is a small deck/balcony off the level with the main bedroom. It has a completely remodeled interior with new modern decor. This unit has brand new kitchen, appliances, and original old hardwood flooring.

Please reach out if you have additional questions!*** You walk from the driveway to the entrance, there is an outside seating area to your left. With 3 chairs and two outdoor side tables. At the main entrance you have a keypad lock. Please enter 4 digit code then press the lock symbol on the keypad to unlock the door. Once in the house to your right, there is a room with 1 full and two twin beds. Also a table with three chairs for reading or paying board games. As you exit this room, there is the entrance door and to your right are two staircases. One will take you to the 4th level of the house and the second will take you to the 2nd level of the house. Walking upstairs to 4th level will lead you down a hallway. To the left of the hallway, there are two rooms. One room has a full bed and the other has a full bed. Straight ahead is the first full bathroom with a shower. To the right, there is a room which has a king bed and outside balcony overlooking the pool with two chairs and an outside side table. Walking downstairs to the 2nd level, you will see the living room. Straight ahead is the dining room, which seats six people. To the Left, there is another 3 seater table and then in the kitchen you have 4 bar stools for counter top dining. The kitchen is fully-equipped so you can prepare meals during your stay. On the lowest level, there is the Master Bedroom that includes a King Bed. To your right, there will be a half bathroom. The second room on the left down the hallway is the laundry room. An additional bedroom is straight ahead, which has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with a shower. Once you walk out of the house to the backyard, the gazebo will be to your left with a table that has six chairs for your convenience equipped with solar power lights. Guests will access the home through the front door with a keypad. Once inside, you will see the living room with a queen sleeper sofa large smartTV, and extra seating. You'll find a full bathroom down the hallway and kitchen and dining room just past the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any meal you'd like to prepare and the table has seating for 8 with room for more! There is one bedroom downstairs with two full beds. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs where you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a full. There is also a shared full bathroom upstairs. Outside is perfect for relaxing under the night sky with the firepit, Edison lights, and Adirondack chairs! We can't wait to host you!

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Please note that this house is a shared building, but all of the spaces, including the backyard are private. Please be aware that this home has street parking for guests.

Villa Palmera

As you enter the residence, the main level has an open floor plan, allowing for great views and welcoming conversations throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. The gas fireplace makes the living space warm and cozy. The kitchen is efficient and well equipped with a gas stove and oven and stainless steel appliances. The balcony off the living space overlooks the Meadows neighborhood and surrounding peaks. Two guest bedrooms are located off the living area; the first guest bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and the second guest bedroom has a queen beds and a full bathroom outside the door with a step-in tub/shower. The washer and dryer are located on this level.


The private and spacious upper level has a primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom, have vaulted ceilings and views. The sliding door off the bedroom area to the exterior balcony offers a peaceful place to sit and absorb the crisp mountain air and surrounding views. The large well-lit bathroom with jetted tub allows you to soak and relax. The bathroom also has a separate glass enclosed walk-in shower, large vanity, private water closet and walk-in closet. 


The garage is located on the ground level and has secure parking for one vehicle along with ample storage for ski and outdoor equipment. One additional vehicle may park directly in front of the garage. Please note the unit is on the third floor (top level) and is accessed by an open-air staircase. Please be aware this home does not have A/C - as is standard here in Telluride. 


Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access is approximately 300 yards, a very short walk to The Meadows Ski Run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10). 


Three FREE seasonal transportation services accessed right outside your front door throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone. 1) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or the market (winter only) 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Outlaws complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.

Point of Happiness: Cape Cod Charm & Comfort

Guests will be welcomed by its cozy and nice-looking front porch. Once you enter inside, you will discover the spacious and well-lit living room. As you walk through on the left is a stairway going to the upper level. The first bathroom is located just in front of the staircase. Our fully equipped kitchen is on the left side of the staircase. We also have a pantry for your storage and a laundry room with access going outside the house. We have one bedroom on the main level while the other four bedrooms as well as the second bathroom are located upstairs. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Highland Co-Living by Thatch is a purpose built co-living building. With a total of 6 Bedrooms,  and a shared kitchen and common area, it is perfect for those who are looking for flexible housing.

This is the only unit without a bathroom inside the room. However, it still qualifies as a private bathroom, as all units on this property are equipped with their own bathrooms, intended solely for your use.

In addition in sharing common space, tenants share a Washer and Dryer. All utilities, including High-Speed WiFi, are included in your monthly rate. 

Thatch provides bi-weekly common area cleaning. Each bedroom is secured by a Latch Lock and each bed is supplied with a Tuft & Needle Mattress.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances, including refrigerator, range with oven, microwave, pots/pans and cooking utensils. In the living room, there is a flat screen Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area that has room for three, and a dining table open for at least six.

Thatch partners with RemoteLock, providing security pins to each guests with access to their building and room door. 

It is a keyless experience backed up by Thatch's management company who is based in Boston, and can support with a host of property management questions.

Although Thatch is not "on-site," our team is located in Boston, and manage a number of properties, including hotels. We do this for a living, and are here to help, and answer any questions!

The Fort Hill neighborhood is designated as a historic neighborhood of Boston.  Highland Ave is a residential street with little traffic, and in close proximity to public transportation (both Subway & Bus).

The Orange Line - "The T/Subway" in Boston - is about a 5 minute walk and bus stop is located outside of the front door on Centre Street. 

We highly recommend NOT bringing a car.

The south wing offers a spacious but cozy family room with comfortable seating centered around a big screen Smart TV and access to the laundry room and heated 2 car garage. Just up the stairs off the Great Room, the primary suite is it's own private sanctuary where comfort meets elegance and includes a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, a glass-enclosed rainfall shower, and dual vanities with modern finishes. This spacious haven also features a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV and large windows that frame serene views of the surrounding mountains.


The fully separate guest house located above the garage offers two serene queen bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a fully renovated kitchen, living room, dining space and its own washer/dryer. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy, it's the perfect setup for extended family, rowdy teenagers, or guests who appreciate a little extra space. With its own entrance and charming outdoor seating area, the guest house feels like a private sanctuary—just steps from the main home. 


When booking this home you will have access to FREE Dial-a-Ride shuttle to anywhere in Mountain Village, including the base of the ski slopes. Want to go to town? Just hop on the free gondola (a 5 minute walk on a beautifully maintained trail) for a quick and jaw dropping 13-minute ride from start to stop! Ski access is a quick 200 yards up Benchmark drive to the lower Bridges run.
