This is where you'll likely spend time catching the sun, enjoying morning coffee, dining on long summer evenings, and watching the eagle, geese, and other bird life explore the nearby salt-water lagoons. This home is located in a desirable neighborhood on the NW side of San Juan Island, about a 20 minute drive from Friday Harbor and the ferry. You can walk to nearby Roche Harbor within 20 minutes, where you'll find an airstrip, kid's pool, post office, marina, market, artists kiosks, shops, and three restaurants. If you plan to tour the islands by boat, you'll appreciate the convenience of tying it up to the 40 foot dock. But, do be aware that Neil Bay can go very shallow - tide charts must always be consulted before arrival and departures by private boat. Please note this home has two steps to get to the entrance.
