Mount Washington is a newly renovated two-story apartment (Summer 2024), offering the most space of any unit at Pemi Cabins. With multiple bedrooms, private decks, and a large dining area, it’s ideal for families or groups looking for a comfortable getaway in the White Mountains.

The apartment accommodates up to six guests (typically 4 adults and 2 children) and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

Two separate bedrooms, each with a Helix-branded queen hospitality mattress, plus a third bedroom with built-in twin bunk beds (also Helix-branded). Fresh linens provided.

**Bathrooms:**

Two full bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combo - plus an additional half bathroom off the living room. Towels and complimentary body wash and shampoo are included.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

The main living area includes a couch, a 55" smart TV, a dartboard, and a collection of board games and puzzles for family fun. Heating keeps the unit comfortable year-round, while window air conditioning units provide cooling during summer months. Mount Washington also features two private decks - one on the ground level and one upstairs off a master bedroom - both furnished with outdoor seating and dining space.

**Kitchen & Dining:**

The full kitchen includes a French door refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, cookware, utensils, and everything you need for meal prep. A large 10-person dining table makes this unit especially well-suited for family dinners and gatherings.

**Property Amenities:**

Guests enjoy full access to the riverside "Pemi Pub" (next to Cabin #5), communal charcoal grills with covered dining areas, an outdoor shuffleboard court (equipment stored in the Pemi Pub), communal fire pits (firewood available for purchase onsite), free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, pet-friendly accommodations, and no cleaning fees.
