Welcome to Point Taken, your peaceful riverfront retreat located across from Elenor Park, a one block stroll to the sandy beaches of South Beach and Castlewood Beach Park.

This smartly designed and cozy home features two comfortable bedrooms and a den with a pullout double bed. Two full bathrooms make it a perfect getaway for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax.

The home includes:

A fully equipped kitchen which includes an air-fryer and a wine cooler

Large windows provide bright light throughout the cottage.

Ample outdoor space where you can sit, unwind, and take in the views.

Whether you’re planning a relaxing weekend, beach combing, or simply a quiet escape, this river-view cottage provides the perfect setting. Spend your days enjoying the scenery, spotting wildlife, or exploring nearby attractions, then return to a cozy space that feels like home.

While the city is very walkable, it is a Golf Cart Community, so you may want to consider a golf cart rental for your stay.
