*** Other Things to Know *** We want every guest to have an amazing stay — and to help keep things smooth for everyone, here are a few things to keep in mind. The property is equipped with a smart home music system throughout, which is great for setting the mood but should be kept at a respectful volume, especially on the rooftop decks. The music system must be turned off by 10 PM out of courtesy to the neighbors. Please also be mindful of the auto-closing side gates and avoid slamming them to minimize noise in the surrounding area.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Any gathering reported by the neighborhood watch will result in a $2,000 charge. Remote garage door openers are provided for one garage spaces and another parking spot in front, but please return them at checkout as a $250 replacement charge applies for any unreturned remotes.
