Highland Co-Living by Thatch is a purpose built co-living building. With a total of 6 Bedrooms, each with their own private attached bath, and a shared kitchen and common area, it is perfect for those who are looking for flexible housing.

Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom. In total there are five bedrooms (each with a private lock), along with a shared kitchen, living room, and outdoor space.

In addition in sharing common space, tenants share a Washer and Dryer. All utilties, including High-Speed WiFi, are included in your monthly rate.

Thatch provides bi-weekly common area cleaning. Each bedroom is secured by a Latch Lock and each bed is supplied with a Tuft & Needle Mattress.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances, including refrigerator, range with oven, microwave, pots/pans and cooking utensils. In the living room, there is a flat screen Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area that has room for three, and a dining table open for at least six.

Thatch partners with RemoteLock, providing security pins to each guests with access to their building and room door.

It is a keyless experience backed up by Thatch's management company who is based in Boston, and can support with a host of property management questions.

Although Thatch is not "on-site," our team is located in Boston, and manage a number of properties, including hotels. We do this for a living, and are here to help, and answer any questions!

The Fort Hill neighborhood is designated as a historic neighborhood of Boston. Highland Ave is a residential street with little traffic, and in close proximity to public transportation (both Subway & Bus).

The Orange Line - "The T/Subway" in Boston - is about a 5 minute walk and bus stop is located outside of the front door on Centre Street.

We highly recommend NOT bringing a car.
