The three-bedroom townhome features a second-floor master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower, plus a second bedroom with twin bunk beds and a separate bathroom with a bathtub — great for families with kids. Head up to the third floor and you'll find a queen guest room with its own ensuite bath and direct access to the rooftop deck.

The adjacent two-bedroom unit mirrors the same modern style, with a king bed in the master and a queen in the guest room, each with a bathroom to match. A Murphy queen bed in the living room adds extra sleeping flexibility for larger groups. No matter which unit you're in, every room is fresh, bright, and designed with comfort in mind.

*** Guest Access *** Guests have full access to both units of the duplex, including all living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, rooftop decks, and parking areas. The only exception is the two owner's closets located under the staircase, which are off-limits during your stay.

Each unit comes with its own garage space and carport, giving you room for up to four vehicles. Remote garage door openers are provided for your convenience — just be sure to return them at checkout to avoid a $250 replacement charge.

*** Other Things to Know *** We want every guest to have an amazing stay — and to help keep things smooth for everyone, here are a few things to keep in mind. The property is equipped with a smart home music system throughout, which is great for setting the mood but should be kept at a respectful volume, especially on the rooftop decks. The music system must be turned off by 10 PM out of courtesy to the neighbors. Please also be mindful of the auto-closing side gates and avoid slamming them to minimize noise in the surrounding area.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Any gathering reported by the neighborhood watch will result in a $2,000 charge. All guests must be registered before arrival. Remote garage door openers are provided for your two garage spaces and two carports, but please return them at checkout as a $250 replacement charge applies for any unreturned remotes.
